Shongum Lake Homes

Shongum Lake provides members with year round recreation and social activities for the entire family. The community was constructed in the 1960’s thru 1979. Members enjoy the Clubhouse, beach & playground facilities, boating, & year round events such as the Progressive Dinner, Memorial Day Picnic, Labor Day Picnic, Haunted House, Family Campout, July 4th Picnic, Adult Beach Night, Pilates on the beach, and so much more.

Pleasant Ridge Estates

Constructed by Bernie Elbaum of Elbaum Homes. This development attends the Center Grove K-5th grade elementary school, Randolph Middle School, & Randolph High School. Mt. Fern

The Mt. Fern section is located within the Fernbrook section of town. The children attend the Fernbrook Elementary School, Randolph Middle School, & Randolph High School. Randolph Trails are very accessible from this section in town.
