As of today, February 1, 2010, Randolph in the last 30 days has had 27 properties go “under contract”. That is leaving us with only a 4.2 absorption rate. This is fantastic news!!! Confirming that the Randolph market is really turning around and showing all signs for a very strong spring market!!!
